multisim 11 begin evaluation unexpected error

I've downloaded MultiSim 11 and would like to begin using the software via the "Begin Evaluation" button.  However when I do so I experience the "An unexpected licensing error has occurred."

I'm sure you guys can answer this one easy.  Thanks in advance.
