Hi all, I have a problem simulating the characteristic function of the ideal diode,
from theory diodes should start increase current at near 0.7V, but something strange happens when I change stop value on dc sweep analysis.
refferring to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fGYyYm7J3JA I have the same result, but if I change the stop value from 0.8 to 10, I should have the same curve, but no, the voltage point where the curve should increase is shifted (on the virtual diode) while on the real is I=0 for every V... giving in my opinion a wrong result.
Can you explain me why?

Ok, I understood why, the current was plotted on 10^68 scale so it was looking like it was shifting. I don't know hot to remove this topic.
