If you go to the main NI website, http://www.ni.com/, you can choose from the "Worldwide Offices" pull-down list the office location closest to you and contact them directly.
You can also purchase through the web (selected countries), in the Multisim pages, http://www.ni.com/multisim/, you can select whether you are Professional, Educational or Student account and you will see later an option to buy.
