I don't know what to say.
I was expecting that multisim is some kind of standard for simulation purposes but now im stuck in one basic problem and i can't continue with my project. If the netlist for TC4420 ( or some other part ) is provided from the manufacturer, then this should be tested by the manufacturer. Would you agree ?
If the netlist is tested then the errors that im getting in multisim are caused by multisim alone.
If this is true, how to debug that netlist, or does someone knows how can i check this error messages ?
SPICE Netlist Error in schematic RefDes 'u1', element 'g62': Unexpected ')' found in function ''
SPICE Netlist Error in schematic RefDes 'u1', element 'tc4420__tc4420__1': Due to errors, the component 'g62' has been omitted from the simulation
SPICE Netlist Error in schematic RefDes 'u1', element 'r53': Unable to interpret 'tc'
SPICE Netlist Error in schematic RefDes 'u1', element 'xu1': Unable to interpret 'du1.5'

Hi Huby,
Can you please place this component on a Multisim schematic and post that. Please also post the spice model.
I will try to see what is causing the problem.

Thank you for your reply. I also want to thank to the others on previous replay's.
I know im bit boring with all this questions but am really interesting in multisim.
I tested this model in multisim 11 and 12.
The error is the same in both versions.
When i try to make simulation without any other components then i get the errors written before.
If i try to simulate some basic circuit then i get this:
SPICE Netlist Error in schematic RefDes 'u1', element 'xu1': Unexpected '0' found on subckt instance line - too many nodes or parameter value missing name.
SPICE Netlist Error in schematic RefDes 'u1', element '<unknown>': Due to errors, the subckt instance 'xu1' has been omitted from the simulation
SPICE Netlist Error in schematic RefDes '', element 'g62': Unexpected ')' found in function ''
SPICE Netlist Error in schematic RefDes '', element 'tc4420__tc4420__1': Due to errors, the component 'g62' has been omitted from the simulation
SPICE Netlist Error in schematic RefDes '', element 'r53': Unable to interpret 'tc'
======= SPICE Netlist check completed, 5 error(s), 0 warning(s) =======

Hi Tayyab R.
I hope you find time to look at attachments.
Did you locate the problem ?
Can i help somehow ?
Btw. how do you debug this netlist.
Is there some multisim plugin or some external debugger ?

Hi Huby,
I have been looking into the issue. There were problems with the pin mapping for this component. I have edited the pin mapping to match the spice model. The spice model itself seems to have some extra "(" etc which I had to remove. I have made the component again with only the simulation model nodes and it seems to be simulating.
Hope this helps.

Thank you for your time and solution !
Can you post the corrected spice model or corrected netlist ?.
I have already draw all of the schematics so there is no point to start from new.
btw.
Can you help me out with LEM HXS50N and IRG4BC40S.
I can try to find the netlist for IRG4BC but there is no way i can find it for LEM.

Hi Huby,
The problem is not only with the spice model but also with the component that you had made. The pin mapping is not correct which is causing issues. My suggestion is that save the component I posted to your database and just replace the current components with this one where you need it.
Hope this helps.

OK. I wil do as you suggested.
Now im missimg just two more parts.
- LEM - HXS50NP
- IRG4BC40S
I found this on the net, regarding IRG..
http://www.irf.com/product-info/models/SABER/irg4bc40s.sin
Can this be used for model design ?

Hi Huby,
This model will not work because it is not a spice model. It is an IGBT model.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

No need to apologize, really.
Can you give me some suggestion how to create some kind of substitute for LEM HXS50NP ?
This is datasheet for LEM:
