new footprint not see in multisim

Hi I  have the same problem created new custom footprint in Ulitboard, but not able to the footprint in multisim,

i'm read the document but have a question about number 2.  "select a virtual component " similar to the component for which the footprint is meant to be used ? where it this tool in my multism selection. can someone please have a step by step created new part that i may able to follow beside ni document more confusing.

If you are sure you made the component in Ultiboard, the click on whatever symbol you created in multisim and then right click on the part and click properties, click on the value tab, edit footprint, select from database, click on user database (assuming that is where you saved your ultiboard part), click on ADD and then you will be able to browse for you created part.  Select it, and the footprint should become "visible" and able to be used.
