product activation

i wanted to activate my student copy of the multisim & ultiboard but i didn't receive any activation numbe to my e-mail or anything. now how should i go about the activation of my product??

Hi,

When you purchased Multisim you should have received a package and in that package there is a "Certificate or Ownership" which has your serial number and you need it to activate NI Circuit Design Suite.   

There are many ways to activate any NI Software but the easiest is to select "automatically activate through a secure internet" option on the startup screen.  Follow the on screen instructions and your computer will send the required information to our server and it will automatically activate itself.  There are other ways which are described here:

If you have not purchased the software and you are running in evaluation mode, you don't need an activation code.  Click on the "Begin Evaluation" button on the startup screen and the software will work for 30 days .
