i m using a 200 volt from a battery to suppy a load (250v,1500w) in series with power mosfet IPA65R065C7 for the protection of load from high voltage. when i m not providing gate pulse it means circuit is open and all the voltage drop across the mosfet but as a case of high voltage of 400 volt as i m not suppling gate pulse to my mosfet, all the voltage must be drop across the mosfet so that my load will be safe but that's not happen n my load get burn i don't know why it happen? please help me
