proxy settings for update

I'm using Circuit Design Suite10 Educational in Windows XP.
I would update through a proxy but I can set only IP address and port, no way to set username and password. Whithout them proxy don't allow internet connection.

unfortunately we don't provide direct support for Circuit Design Suite10 Educational here at NI-Italy. Please contact your local Circuit Design Suite10 Educational distributor, that you can find here: EWB Europe - Distributor Europe.  They will provide support for EWB.

Hi Ridis, the upgrade utility from Circuit Design Suite has no option to set a username and a password. If you are looking for specific upgrades, please go to:

ni.com, then click Drivers and Updates, then click Software, then click Circuit Design Software, then filter the list or look through it to see what updates are available, from your message I can tell you that the latest update is 10.0.1 for Educational. One download updates all products so you do not have to download the update for Multisim, then the one for MCU or Ultiboard... just one download will do.

 I asked to local distributor but they have no answer. Now I know why, simply because there is no way.
