simulation Circuit success, but Actual take-out circuit error

I want use LM308N take-out      input +/-10V  & output +/-100V

But Problem is coming

simulation Circuit success,

but Actual take-out circuit error, Actual output ONLY +/-10V

Please Help Me What Can I do

Which supply voltage do you use?

Except very modern so-called "beyond the rail" op amps, no op amp will ever give you an output voltage higher than its supply voltage.

I do not have much experience with Multisim, but this program is not free from bugs. Since the LM308 is not a very extraordinary op amp, maybe you can try to replace it with a different type (LM741, for example) and run the simulation again.
