I can't tell you what is happening now. I probed the input with the scope and it worked O.K..
You asked me about the ouput filter and I wasn't sure about what you wanted to know so I will tell you what I see when I simulate it and you can take from that if it is working the way you want.
At the input to the filter I am seeing a signal (I calculate it to be 13Mhz, but math was never my subject and I could be wrong). When I go to the output of the filter this signal disappears. I would assume from that and with the arrangement of the filter (low pass) that this is what you intended to happen. If this is the case then your filter is working correctly.
I hope some of this is helping, but you have to remember we are using different versions so what may work on mine may not wotrk on yours.
