If I try set fanout, I see the next errors:
Fanout vias at the coordinates (779.7539, 1404.7244) mil cannot be placed because another object already exists at this location.
Fanout vias at the coordinates (681.2500, 1564.2520) mil cannot be placed because another object already exists at this location.

What can help in such situation?

Hi Strekalovsky,
If the fanout cannot place fanout a pad for you, you can manually do this by selecting Place>>Line, draw a short trace and the press F2, this key is a shortcut key to switch between the last layer so usually it between top and bottom. When you switch the layer while routing a trace, Ultiboard will automatically add a via for you.

Thanks for help.
Nevertheless, I wanted fanouts for many components in auto mode. If I make fanout gettin data from Multisim immidiately after
transfer, it will operate. If I work a little with PCB in Ultiboard ( add parts ....) fanout couldn't operate.

Hi Strekalovsky,
It is considered bad practice to add parts in Ultiboard, when you do this, you cannot back annotate the changes you made in Ultiboard back to Multisim. This means, you schematic no longer reflects your PCB layout. If you need to make changes to your design, do it in Multisim and then forward annotate to your PCB layout.
The fanout has an algorithm and if the fanout failed, you will have to do it manually. There is a really not setting that you can change to change the algorithm.

OK
It will be good to read about it in help. It is workable in some CADs.
