I’m trying to design a circuit based on the Microchip PIC24FJ256GB106, PIC24FJ256GB108 or the PIC24FJ256GB110 but am I need of a download for multisim not so much to simulate the software but more so for the schematic and for Ultiboard

You CAN however create a symbol and footprint for schematic capture and PCB layout like any other component that is not in the NI database:

I've inquired in the past if this could change in the future, and like anything else, NI tries to create a versatile product. The basic answer is that maybe in the future they may be able to allow user to simulate other MPUs, but for now it just isn't possible.

This includes all PIC device from Microchip as well as all other variants.

Hopefully a solution will be added, but for now, it simply is not possible to simulate.
