Hi,

We don't officially support Multisim 11 on Windows 8. This does not mean it won't work though. I think It'll work if you try it, but if you run into any problems, we can't help you or support you if your operating system is windows 8.

when will you be supporting it for windows 8. i just bought a new computer and downloaded it, but it wont install properly. it tells me that the specific folder does not contain the volume. i dont get it.

We currently don't have plans to support Multisim 11 in windows 8, though we do support Multisim 12.

Something you can try is, make sure you are an administrator and are running the installation as such, try disabling firwalls or other programs that migh prevent installation, and finally, run the installation in windows xp/7 compatibility mode. Hopefully that helps.
