使用Measurement and Automation Explorer 想要取得我的AV轉USB 2.0 的影像卻出現Error 0XBFF6901B Timeout

我嘗試使用 AVerMedia DVD EZmaker 7 的AV轉USB 想要從 Measurement and Automation Explorer取得影像

卻出現Error 0XBFF6901B Timeout

我原先使用另一個AV轉USB的確有影像 但效果不好 所以改用AVerMedia DVD EZmaker 7的 但卻無法正常使用

請問我該如何解決?
