There are many ways to study LabVIEW. It depends what you want to learn and what methods you prefer.
Personally, I think the best approach is to review your VIs with people who have more expertise. Of course, this is not always feasible, if you don't have experts at your company.
You can also work with other users at user groups or online forums (like LAVA). Helping other people with their problems and getting help with your own work are both opportunities to learn.
Books are also a good resource. You can find many books on LabVIEW subjects, and many more on general aspects of software architecture and engineering.
