ethernet to rs232 by labview

i get a ideal which is using labview to bulid a vi to translat etherner data to rs232 or backward!!!

i don't know how to do

So PLS help to think about this!!!

Dear All

i prefer to use software solution rather than hardware solution

like edit a vi by using ethernet listening.

After geting data, than transfer to rs232 to device or reverse direction.

this is a idea but i try many times.....................

so maybe someone can give me more idea....
