Dear NI Community,
It’s that time of year when many of us do our year in review and give thanks. We are grateful for every person who visits the NI Community—all 4.5 million of you. Together we have written 4,200 solutions and handed out our own thanks, the Kudo, 16,700 times. That is certainly a lot of help and gratitude!
We haven’t published much here this year, but we have been hard at work. Much of our focus has been on back-end improvements to our online community, including email delivery improvements and paying technical debt. This fall, we reduced page load times by an average of 2.5 seconds—a 30% improvement. We are planning some larger changes for 2022: First up will be an update to the “ask a question” process that we hope will help the community answer questions more effectively.
Again, we are thankful every day for your membership and participation in the NI Community. We hope this season is full of joy and connection for you and the ones you love.
