Is this seriously still not fixed? NI expect us to carry on using a now vulnerable version of Chrome?

Yep. We "have to wait till the R&D team fixes the bug." And for them to tell me that, I had to persistently ask to speak to their support technician/Manager; I was denied to be connected unless I renewed my subscription.

I've been speaking to tech support and it now works in Firefox, tested and confirmed.
This is good enough for me as we also roll out Firefox to our student machines.
The KB article has also been updated to now reflect it works in Firefox.
They are still working on Chrome.
