ELVISmx Doesn't Run

Hello.

I just recently purchased myDAQ with Multisim and LabView. I installed all of the software and Multisim and Labview seem to be working fine, but ELVISmx doesn't run. Whenever I try to run the NI ELVISmx Instrument Launcher nothing happens. If I try to run an instrument on its own, such as the multi-meter, I get a loading screen that never stops loading. I attached a screenshot of this screen.

None of these actions give me any sort of error message.

I've tried reinstalling ELVISmx and running both the launcher and the instruments as an administrator but it still doesn't work.

I would really appreciate anyone's help.

Hi,

You can try many things here. Such as:

1. Simulate myDAQ device in MAX, and see if the driver behave the same, if yes --> Driver problem
2. Try on other PC, if it works ---> hahaha something went wrong with your PC.
