I have an Elvis II+ on a Windows 10 computer and it is not being recognized by LabView or the ElvisMx Instrument Launcher.
This is my first attempt at using the Elvis.
The yellow active light is illuminated once power is on. It does not seem to need the USB cable plugged into the computer in order to illuminate. Regardless of connection, once the power switch is on, the light is on and my computer does not prompt me of a new connection when the Elvis is plugged in.
I recently installed LabView 2020 and ElvisMx 19. I read both of the "read me" files for these and they stated they support the Elvis II+. I've un/re installed the software atleast 5 times. All occurrences had LV20 installed first, then ElvisMx.
When I installed LV20, I used the default installation. Are there other add-ons I am supposed to include with the install? Could this be a hardware issue?
