The cause of the error should not be "将冲击采集放到整个循环的外面", because I've made a test, it's OK.

I don't know your virtual channel setting, so I can't make a test of your VI. Please recheck your channel setting and the state machine of your program. 

The framework of the VI which I enclose here is quite right, just do a little modification. I think it can fit your requirement.

I see why that error happened. Because your channel AI1 and AI2 are in the same board. When use task trigger, you should make sure which channel to use hardware trigger. If both of your AI channels use the same trigger signal, there could be some collision.

So make sure your channel AI1 don't use task trigger!!! This is very important.

2 suggestion:

1. Acctually you don't need HW trigger, it will debase the performance of your program. Just use SW trigger is OK, I have made a test.I attach it here again.

2.If you do want HW trigger,use two DAQ-card, one card for channel AI1, the other for AI2.
