Can I achieve simultaneous analog input/output with two R Series devices?

      how do I achieve it?

Hello, i am doing the same work as you.

You can find the example code as belows
LabVIEW's example finder-> hardware input and output->R series-> XXXXX.prj
there are some example codes which you can only do a little change and then be used by yourself.

And if you test the skew between two card, would you please let me know the number? Thank you!

I want 32 channels to simultaneous Sampling;

Now my  simultaneous time is more 100ns

so it cann't use in work

If your platform is PXI or PXIe, you could try to use the clock on chasiss (10MHz for PXI, 100MHz for PXIe), instead of sharing one on-module clock to another module.
