Help convert the vi to 8.0

Can anyone help me convert the attached file to labview 8.0

Hi,

  These VIs can't be converted into LabVIEW 8.0 because of some reasons. You can implement this application in LabVIEW directly or update you LabVIEW to version 8.6.
