How to use hockwaveFlashObjects__IShockwaveFlashEventsRegOnFSCommand to register flash onfscommand event in cvi using activeX call

I want to use Flash in my program surface.

Flash provide an interaction way to realize the communication between flash activeX control and cvi caller.I have seen the example in the ni resource .It is about how to load and play a flash movie.but it can't satisfy my need.
