Real- time display data aquisition results on monitor as image line by line

How can I implement data aquisition result's real-time display on monitor as image line by line? Can I do it only with Labview or do I need NI Vision? The hardwares are high speed digitalizer for data aquisition and multi-function DAQ for DA output driving moter. Thank you!

Anything on the screen is display by the video card. The sample point is displayed on the screen one by one, but you don't have any capibility to control the display screen.

Actually, I don't quite know what do you mean by "display line by line", the dat aquisition with the scope card has nothing to do with the image display.
