The Cortex STM32 is based on the ARM Cortex M3 core. The LabVIEW for ARM Microcontrollers Module is able to target ARM microcontrollers based on the M3 core. We have two pre-configured targets for the Module: Keil MCB2300 and Luminary LM3S8962. For any other microcontroller, you can refer to the document "Programming Additional ARM Microcontrollers with LabVIEW (without the LabVIEW Microprocessor SDK)". The document "LabVIEW Embedded for ARM Porting Guide" will also be of great reference(with Micro SDK).
