You must use S series DAQ boards,like 6120,6115 or DSA boards,like 4461,4472. Because they are simultaneous-sampling. In LabVIEW, you could creat a task including the two simultaneous channels.
The easies way is to use NI digitizer, like 5124,5122, which has scope functions.
