I can't read any of the details but I *can* tell you the following about your X-series USB-6361 device:
1. Hardware timed DIO is *only* supported on port 0, not on port 1 where you've configured it.
2. The maximum sample rate supported is 10 MHz. You won't be able to use the 20 MHz timebase as a sample clock. You *can* request a 10 MHz rate and leave the clock source input unwired.
