please check your PC sound setting or do a simple test, call a beep.vi......

and I want to know ,should your PC would alarm after you boot-strap your PC ?

         I have considerde your suggestion. It seems that the sound-card of my notebook doesn't work normally. When I call the beep function in a while loop, it doesn't make any sound. But it really can alarm when i start up it.So strange.

table PC, not notebook one. maybe the sound is so MIN that we cann't hear about (just my thinking)
