Accidently folder drag and drop

I accidently dragge and dropped a folder in the root of my cRio 9066. Or I think I did. My WedDAV window opened while I was doing something else and it looked like I grabbed the /run/ and dropped it in /var/run/. I have tried to format and reload NI software via Max, but it appears that duplicate folder is still in the /var/ folder. I don't have another freshly installed cRIO to check. Can anyone confirm that there is or is not a /var/run/ foldder?

Hi,

I've got a /var/run on my cRIO-9035.  Also found this on the interwebs:

http://www.pathname.com/fhs/2.2/fhs-5.13.html

Seems to be a standard directory...

Wow, thanks. Your search skills are way better than mine. I was thinking too narrowly and just serached NI's site.

When dealing with folders/files/etc. that are not obviously NI-related (they tend to have "NI" or "natinst" in the name), you're probably best served searching outside the NI site as NI has not done much in the way of documenting the inner workings of the OS (as this is duplicating the wonderful documentation that already exists in Linux communities).
