Get & Set TCP ack frequency parameter on Linux RT

Hello,
Is there a way to get and set the TCP delayed acknowledgment TIMEOUT parameter on a Linux RT system.
I tried to find the TCP specific flags, such as :
/proc/sys/net/ipv4/tcp_delack_min
But I was not able to do that.
