Installing a Salt Minion on a 9627?

I finally got the minion up and running on the 9627 through a combination of opkg and pip installations.  FYI, executing...

> opkg install python-pip

on the target didn't install all the dependencies.  I ended up having to copy contextlib.py from my linux host to the target before it would work.
