Can't install package ni-mstudio-cw-ui (8.6.3.49152-0+f0)

I have tried to install Embedded Control and Monitoring Software suite through NIPM 19.6. but to no avail, as it failed when it tried to install package ni-mstudio-cw-ui (8.6.3.49152-0+f0). After that I tried to install that package alone. It failed with this error:NIPM install failure

Translation of that error is: Could not register type library for file C:\Windows\SysWOW64\cwui.ocx. Contact your support personnel. I tried to initiate installation under Administrator account (it doesn't have online access; I used the offline installer) as mentioned in https://knowledge.ni.com/KnowledgeArticleDetails?id=kA00Z0000019L7FSAU&l=cs-CZ but it didn't help. I am now at my wits as to what I should try to get it to install. Although I still don't understand why it installs package related to MeasurementStudio when I didn't choose any part of it to install when installing the above mentioned suite.
