Hi Everyone,

            I have got this problem , When i go to install ni labview software 2020 spl version on ni package manager.

Any one know this can you help me to how rectified it...

That KB is likely from 2016, which is were this type of issue was first reported internally, which is very old and may no longer be relevant, but not sure why the search finds it and the link fails.

If not, questions:

1) What version of NIPM is installed?

2) The file in question is located here: C:\Program Files\National Instruments\NI Package Manager\NIMSIProperties\.

a) Are the two DLL files (a 32-bit and 64-bit version) present?

b) You could compare the NI Package Manager directory structure of this machine with a different machine with same version that does not exhibit this issue, if so, do they look right (size and version)?

3) You could compare the registry keys HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\National Instruments\Common\Installer\MIF\MIFSystemUtility and \HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\National Instruments\Common\Installer\MIF\MIFSystemUtility with a working system to see if the key and values are different or invalid.
