How to install to a different drive using package manager

I'm trying to install NXG and a few drivers to a drive (L:) that isn't my primary drive (C:). I can't seem to find an installation drive option in NIPM.

I've tried putting the NIPM files into the L: drive but I'm now getting an error message (Unable to load MIFSystemUtility DLL). Probably as I just cut and pasted the NIPM folder.

Can anyone point me to how to set it up so it installs to a different drive?

I'm still having issues with this, I have noticed the KB has been taken down as I'm assuming it's not working anymore?

Would someone from NI be able to comment on this if it is being monitored? I'm not sure Australian posts are actively checked anymore
