NI Package Manager 2023 Q1 released!

NI has released Package Manager 2023 Q1 this week. Notable features and behavior changes include:

• Install, repair and uninstall operations can be 5-20% faster for most WinInst packages, which is used by all NI Software.

• New documentation added for Assembling a EULA Package that can be built with the nipkg.exe CLI.
