Running Powershell script in NI Package Builder Post install.

I'm trying to build a NI Package with a custom Post Install script. Ideally, I would want the Post Install script to run a Powershell command or a Powershell script. 

I'm spending way too much playing around with the custom execute. This syntax makes no sense to me whatsoever.  Can someone post an example of how I would run a Powershell script in the example folder C:\SystemLink File Transfer? See below for what I have right now.
