User App Data Available

I am creating packages for installation using NI Package Manager.  I would love to put some data in the <User\AppData\> directory but there is no option for that in the Destinations tab.  I'm wondering if anybody had any ideas about how to do that.  I understand that there are options for the public places, but IT often blocks things that are available to everyone, like the Program Data or Public Desktop.  Does anybody know a good solution to this?

If this is in the help, please feel free to just point me there, because thus far I have not been able to find it.

Shliepe, can you confirm that you want to install to a known specific user location, i.e. you know the user ahead of time, or are you wanting the installer to adjust to the user running the installer?

I will not know the user ahead of time.  I want to be able to give this to anyone and have it install to the AppData directory of the currently logged in user.  At this point I'm not terribly picky about whether it is the Local or Roaming directory within the larger AppData directory.
