Support use of relative path for image file pathname in message popup step options.

Relative paths make reuse and maintanence easier for me.

Image file pathnames are the only part of my code that breaks when I rename my project directory.

Using TestStand 4.2.0, I get the same popup as Steve (no relative path option).

Just tested this with TestStand 4.5.1 and using relative paths works there, so the status (Already Implemented) of this ticket is correct.

I have all standard search directories selected, including "Current sequence file directory".

Standard "Current sequence file directory" does not include subdirectories, which is best in case there are duplicate filenames in the "Current sequence file directory" heirarchy.

Stephen, what version of TestStand are you using? And are you using the sequence editor's pane to edit the step or are you in a UI and using the dialog?

Have you tried just putting the relative path in directly (without using the browse dialog) and running the step to see if it works at runtime?

Stephen, I searched our tracking database and discovered that there was an issue with the path control on the sequence editor pane incorrectly showing (file not found) for paths relative to the sequence file. This was fixed in TestStand 4.5.1.

Also, though it says (file not found) it will still work at runtime as long as the path is correctly specified relative to the sequence file.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you have any further questions about this issue.
