-1073807300 error, Insufficient system resources

After about an hour and a half, talking to a phone through a serial port using visa generates the error in the subject field. I would estimate the previous communication messages that happened in that timeframe were approximately 1000. Upon choosing "retry", the test ran to completion. So this is an intermittent issue. Can anyone shed some light on the nature of this error, which could shed some light on how to stop it? Thanks.

This is a VISA error caused by running out of resources for VISA, this happens when many sessions are openned and never closed. For more information on this, check the following link.
