We have the same error now in a different situation. We have a system with two 3D sensors connected to a PC via Ethernet-TCP/IP. We had crashes (system level exceptions) from the processing of the sensor data which killed the entire TestStand process. We then separated the processing for the two sensors between the main TestStand process and a RemoteEngine on the same computer. And now we experienced frequent "sychronization manager connection lost" errors.
Is it possible that the load on the Winsock stack due to the sensor data affects the synchronization manager connection? Is there a way to diagnose that or to reconfigure a timeout etc.?
