AccuMac AM8040 USB (HEX 0xBFFF0015) Timeout expired before operation completed

Hi community, I am trying to communicate with AccuMac AM8040 through USB. But it always returns data "VISA: (Hex 0xBFFF0015) Timeout expired before operation completed" when I send "*IDN?\n". I have tested different termination character "\r" and "\r\n" but it still doesn't work. However, when using application from manufacture, everything is fine.
