Activation Error

I have a problem activating the TestStand Base Deployment Engine, I think it is due to another license being linked to the PC, the detail is that the new license is linked to the same PC ID but when checking the NI License Manager it continues appearing the serial number of the previous linked program, do you know a way to make that change?

So you have two serial numbers: one for full TS and second for base? Full is already activated and the PC and now you want to switch to base? If so, can't you simply deactivate full and activate base in NILM?
