Adapter Error with Empty Array

I'm using TestStand 2023Q4 and recently ran into an adapter error when I set a variable to an index of an empty array.  If I set the array to a size of 1, it works just fine.  I've even getting this error with the None adapter.  This is not exactly a show stopper since I do have work arounds, but it is very strange and it used to work.  I have tried to repair LabVIEW 2024Q1f1 and TestStand through NIPM as well as uninstalling and reinstalling TestStand and the error remains.

I remember having seen something similar with the UI. Yet I can't remember exactly where.

Looks definitely like a bug.
