Adding short cut keys to edit substep

Hello,

I have created a custom test step with a couple of edit substeps. I would like to add a short-cut key for these edit substeps in the custom steps menu. I've enclosed a screen shot of what I am trying to accomplish. As you can see in the screen shot, the drop down menu for the custom step contains 2 ediit substep menu entries named "Edit Limits, Step Delay and Instrument Properties..." and "Edit Test Step Parameters...". The first edit substep uses the default short cut key of Ctrl+E. I would like to add a short-cut key for the second edit substep, as explained in the enclosed screen shot.

Can I do this? If so, how do I do this?

Thank you in advance for you time and assistance.

Thank you,
Jim

Hey Jim,

Unfortunately, it is not possible to create a second shortcut key for multiple edit sub-steps.  The Ctrl-E shortcut is hard coded in and can not be changed.  If you think this would be a nice feature to have, I would recommend going to our product suggestion page.  These suggestions go directly to R&D and are considered when developing new versions of the software.  I have listed a link to our contact page.  The product feedback is in the lower left hand corner.
