When trying to Deploy a TestStand System using version 4.0, I get the following error:

C:\Program Files\National Instruments\TestStand 4.0\Components\User\Utilities\PrimitiveFunctions\Search1DStringArray.seq
The sequence is under source code control however I have tried unlocking the file and still get the same error. I did notice the file had unsaved changes due to automatic conversions that TesStand performed when loading the file. However after saving the file I still get the same build error. Does anyone have any suggestions as to why this file cannot be copied?
I am also using Perforce P4V visual client as my source code control tool.
