yes it's right. The best way is to call NI and refer to the SRQ I wrote. Then your data will be enlisted and you can send your code to NI.
I'm sorry you had an old request which took some time but usually NI support attaches importance to answering the customers within a day or faster. The forums is not always the best way to get a fast answer.
