Hi Randal,
In TestStand you can either launch Internet Explorer as a popup or you can use a code module (eg LabVIEW) and embed your Internet Explorer inside of that code module and have this be called from TestStand.
I have attached a small example of the launching Internet Explorer directly from TestStand.
