Greetings to all,
I am using TestStand to test a PC unit under test, may i know can TestStand control and automate Window GUI ? if yes, may i know how to do it with an example using TestStand ? Thank you

No, but you can use LabVIEW steps to do so.
http://search.ni.com/nisearch/app/main/p/bot/no/ap/tech/lang/en/pg/1/ps/30/sn/catnav:ex/q/User32-PERIOD-dll/ has couple of excamples discussing about simulating keyboard and mouse event using user32.dll.
You can modify it to achieve your task.

Adeline,
One of the examples demonstrating the capabilities of TestStand simulates the testing of a PC motherboard and it's respective components. If you're talking about using TestStand on the Test Station PC to test other PCs, then TestStand can do this.
