Could not Load dll or external library from CVI to Test stand sequence

I have built a dll out of CVI 2013 SP2 in debug64 configuration and calling it in Test Stand 2014(64 bit version). Upon analyzing the sequence in Test Stand, i am getting an error message "Could not load DLL or external library".

Can some one help to fix this issue?

Note: Dll got built successfully in CVI 2013 SP2 in debug64 configuration

Two thoughts:

• Does any other process (like the CVI debugger) have the dll reserved?
• Does that DLL have any external dependencies that TestStand can't find?
